CloudCover appointed Neil Danilowicz as Senior Principal Architect.

Danilowicz joins the Minneapolis-based cybersecurity and cyber insurance company with more than 30 years of experience in networking and security.

He previously served as Director of Test and Certification at MEF Forum, where he oversaw certification programs related to Carrier Ethernet, APIs, and SASE standards. Before that, he held architecture roles at Versa Networks and Verizon Communications.

At  CloudCover , Danilowicz will help advance the company’s C3C platform, which combines security controls, cyber risk monitoring, and insurance capabilities. The company said he will focus on network architecture, standards alignment, and carrier-grade deployment strategies.

CloudCover, founded in 2007, operates in cyber insurance and cybersecurity technology. According to LinkedIn data, the company has around 15 employees, up 25% year over year.
