Change in Mobiliar’s market management
Patric Deflorin, Head of Market Management, has decided to leave Die Mobiliar after 12 years. He joined Mobiliar in September 2012 as Head of Private Individuals. As of July 1, 2015, Patric Deflorin was appointed Head of Insurance (non-life business) and member of the Executive Board. In January 2021, he took over the management of the Market Management division, which includes the 80 general agencies with 3,000 employees.
The Board of Directors of Schweizerische Mobiliar Holding AG has appointed Philipp Mischler as a member of the Executive Board and new Head of Market Management as of January 1, 2025. The 49-year-old has extensive experience in the areas of insurance and pensions as well as financial planning. After completing his commercial apprenticeship at the Mobiliar general agency in Bern-Stadt in 1995, Philipp Mischler held various positions at the Interlaken-Oberhasli general agency. After a detour to a major bank, he returned to Mobiliar in 2004 and took over the Interlaken-Oberhasli general agency in August 2004. In October 2018, he moved to the Bern headquarters and became Head of Claims, where he introduced and launched key digital services. In January 2023, he will take over responsibility for the preparations for Mobiliar’s 200th anniversary celebrations. Philipp Mischler is an insurance specialist and federally certified. Financial planning expert and holds an Executive MBA HSG.
