Brown & Brown has joined Financial Executives International’s Strategic Partnership Program, giving members of the finance leadership organization access to guidance on employee benefits, healthcare costs, and workforce trends.

The insurance broker will provide expertise and market intelligence covering benefits strategy and funding, plan optimization, healthcare cost forecasting, pharmacy spending, high-cost claims, and regulatory developments affecting employer-sponsored benefits. Members may also access Brown & Brown specialists on related business and risk issues.

The partnership connects Brown & Brown’s employee benefits practice with finance executives responsible for managing benefits spending and workforce investment.
