Brown & Brown names Corey Lewis global head of tax insurance

Brown & Brown  appointed Corey Lewis as retail global head of tax insurance within its private equity and M&A services practice.

Based in New York, Lewis will lead the expansion of the brokerage’s transactional tax insurance capabilities globally, including solutions related to mergers and acquisitions, tax exposures, transaction structures, and tax credits.

Lewis joins from Aon, where he served as managing director and a member of the North America Transaction Solutions Operating Committee. He will report to Neil Krauter and lead a newly established team focused on transactional tax risk solutions.

The appointment is part of Brown & Brown’s broader investment in specialized capabilities supporting private equity and M&A clients.
