Bridge Specialty Group taps Scott Reinhardt to lead Farm & Ranch practice

Bridge Specialty Group  has appointed Scott Reinhardt as leader of its Farm & Ranch practice group, as the wholesaler continues to expand its industry-specific platforms. Reinhardt joined Bridge in mid-November 2025 and will focus on scaling the firm’s farm and agricultural offerings in 2026.

Reinhardt brings more than three decades of carrier and program experience, most recently working on a Farm & Ranch program initiative at NSM Insurance Group with American Modern. Prior to that, he spent 33 years at Westfield Insurance, where he held a range of field and leadership roles across underwriting, loss control, and operations.

At Bridge, Reinhardt will oversee strategy and product development for the Farm & Ranch practice, with an initial focus on consistency across regional teams, targeted appetite expansion, and disciplined growth. The group plans to roll out a shared Farm & Ranch product framework across multiple states, emphasizing standard farm risks, hobby farms, and select higher-complexity agricultural exposures with defined underwriting guardrails.

Bridge said Reinhardt’s appointment strengthens its ability to deliver specialized Farm & Ranch solutions across admitted and non-admitted markets, while supporting cross-selling opportunities across its broader Property and Casualty platform.
