Blitzy launches review tool for AI-generated code
Blitzy , an autonomous software development platform backed by Erie Strategic Ventures, Liberty Mutual Strategic Ventures, and New York Life Ventures, has launched PR Review, a feature designed to help engineering teams understand and review AI-generated code faster.
The feature summarizes pull requests, explaining what changed, why changes were made, and how the implementation was validated. It surfaces implementation decisions, trade-offs, and relevant testing and quality assurance results alongside the changes.
The launch addresses a growing bottleneck as AI agents generate code faster than engineers can review it. Blitzy’s process allows engineers to approve the proposed scope and approach before code generation, with automated tests, builds, benchmarks, and static analysis incorporated into development. PR Review then provides context for the remaining human review.
PR Review is available to all Blitzy customers and users of its recently launched Sandbox. The Sandbox allows eligible organizations to reverse-engineer up to 1 million lines of code, generate up to 25,000 lines of end-to-end-tested code, and identify security vulnerabilities at no cost.
