Babylon Health picks up funding
London-based digital healthcare startup Babylon Health has raised $25 million – the largest series A funding round in European digital healthcare to date – bringing the company’s valuation to something north of $100 million. The money will be used to develop the company’s AI-driven health advice app used by ~250,000 people in the UK. Worth Noting: Bupa and Aviva are partners.

Patients will get greater control over their own health, faster treatment, fewer trips to hospital, treatment from their own home and greater access to their own data.
