AXA Philippines Launches Online Product My Ambition

On August 23, AXA Philippines announced the launch of its latest online investment and life insurance plan named “My Ambition”.

AXA Philippines is targeting tech-savvy entrepreneurs that are too busy to consult a financial advisor. The insurance plan can be established with an initial investment of P50,000 to a maximum of P125,000, with several choices suitable for all types of investors ranging from the conservative ones to the risk-takers. “Through our initiative, through our products and through how we make our products available to our customers, we try to reach out to every Filipino possible” – President and CEO of AXA Philippines Rahul Hora.

Speaking of AXA, AXA Hong Kong is cutting some 250 jobs from its IT department in Hong Kong. The cuts are part of a restructuring program aimed to reduce cost at the company, according to Reuters.
