AXA and Allstate Have At Least One Thing In Common

The London-based digital experience analytics for enterprise company, Decibel Insight, announced it has raised $9 million in a Series A round. This is the first round of investment by the three-year-old startup that is on a mission to optimize online customer experiences. The company essentially provides insights on how users behave on sites and apps to allow brands to improve digital touchpoints. Because what doesn’t get measured, doesn’t get improved. For instance, the company offers ‘Hybrid Heatmaps’ that point out which content has engaged users and what type of engagement (hovers vs. clicks vs. touches).

Bottom Line: valuable enough for AXA and Allstate (think: clients).
