Assurant expands automotive training program in Atlanta

Assurant  announced the expansion of its Automotive Training Academy program to Atlanta, adding a new location that will offer training on the Reynolds and Reynolds docuPAD eContracting system.

The course, designed for dealership finance and insurance managers, provides instruction on using the digital docuPAD platform to support customer interactions and vehicle protection product sales. The training previously launched in 2024 at the academy’s location in The Woodlands, Texas.

The program focuses on dealership sales strategies, compliance, and practical use of the docuPAD system. According to Assurant, the expansion aims to meet growing demand from automotive professionals seeking hands on training with the platform.

Reynolds and Reynolds, a provider of dealership software and forms, partnered with Assurant on the training initiative. The companies say the program is intended to help dealers adopt digital tools that modernize the finance and insurance process.
