Aspire adds AI-powered FNOL with Liberate
Aspire General Insurance has partnered with Liberate to introduce an AI-powered first notice of loss (FNOL) process for policyholders.
The system integrates with Aspire’s Snapsheet claims platform and allows customers to report claims either through a digital form or by speaking with a voice AI agent called Nicole, which answers calls 24/7 and collects claim information in real time. According to the companies, the AI agent resolves around 80% of calls autonomously and can provide claim numbers, trigger workflows for claims teams, and send confirmations via text or email.
Aspire, a nonstandard auto insurer distributing through independent brokers, said the move is aimed at speeding up the claims reporting process while maintaining a low cost insurance offering. Liberate provides AI agents designed to automate insurance workflows across sales, service, and claims.
