Aspida names Suzanne Sadlier head of regulatory affairs

Aspida has appointed Suzanne Sadlier as Head of Regulatory Affairs, expanding the company’s oversight across its U.S., Bermuda, and Cayman operations.

Sadlier brings more than twenty years of experience in international insurance, captive management, and supervision. She previously served as EVP of Captive Management at Artex Risk Solutions, where she led multi-region operations and oversaw strategies spanning P&C and life reinsurance. Her earlier regulatory roles include the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and the Central Bank of Ireland, as well as service on the IAIS Reinsurance Task Force.

At Aspida, she will lead regulatory engagement and support the company’s retirement and reinsurance strategy.
