Aspida Life and WealthVest launch fixed index annuity
Aspida and WealthVest introduced the WealthLock® Income Builder, a new fixed index annuity designed to provide guaranteed lifetime income for pre-retirees and retirees. The product offers a 16% annual simple interest roll-up rate during the first three contract years and 8% in years four through ten.
According to the companies, the annuity includes single and joint lifetime withdrawal options, as well as an enhanced nursing home multiplier of 200% for single withdrawals and 150% for joint withdrawals. The product is available through select broker-dealers, banks, and credit unions in 49 states.
