Arthur J. Gallagher acquires Dion Leadership

Arthur J. Gallagher has acquired Dion Leadership, a Detroit-based leadership consulting firm founded in 2019.

The firm’s 60 coaches and consultants specialize in executive coaching, team and organizational development, and management training.

Founder Steve Dion and his team will join Gallagher’s talent consulting practice, which focuses on leadership development, compensation, and HR technology. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
