Aon launches Specialist Claims Solutions

Aon has launched Specialist Claims Solutions, a new service designed to help insurers address rising complexity in claims management, improve efficiency, and reduce loss ratios. The offering spans the entire claims process, from leakage diagnostics and run-off services to debt recovery, commutations, and inwards claims support.

As part of the launch, Aon entered an exclusive partnership with ARMStrong Insurance Services, whose subsidiaries SubroIQ and Paragon Deductibles specialize in subrogation recovery and deductible billing. This collaboration expands Aon’s ability to identify and recover missed opportunities, further reducing claims leakage.

The initiative will be co-led globally by Veronica Judice and David Griffiths, reporting to Leonora Siccardi, Aon’s global head of Strategy and Execution for Reinsurance.
