ANV acquires workers’ comp MGA Specialty Comp Insurance Solutions
ANV Group Holdings acquired Texas-based MGA Specialty Comp Insurance Solutions from Specialty Program Group, part of Hub International.
SCIS specializes in hard-to-place monoline workers’ compensation insurance for middle-market businesses and wrote around $250 million in gross written premium in 2025. The MGA focuses on industries including construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and temporary staffing.
The deal expands ANV’s U.S. workers’ compensation operations, alongside Risico, its California-based agricultural workers’ compensation MGA.
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Dallas, SCIS has 20 employees led by executives with backgrounds at companies including Texas Mutual, Argo Group, QBE, ACE/Chubb, AIG, and NCCI.
