ANV completes acquisition of Iris Insurance Brokers

ANV Group Holdings has completed the acquisition of Iris Insurance Brokers , a London-headquartered specialty insurance distribution platform.

The deal, first announced in March 2026, expands ANV’s UK insurance distribution platform through Iris’ three businesses: Lloyd’s wholesale broker Iris, retail broker Blink Intermediary Solutions, and MGA incubator Vivid Underwriters.

ANV said the acquisition strengthens its UK wholesale and retail distribution, broadens access to Lloyd’s specialty capacity, and adds a UK-based MGA incubator that complements ANV LaunchPad, the company’s US MGA incubator launched in May 2026.
