Alliant added to Sourcewell cooperative purchasing program

Alliant Insurance Services has been awarded a purchasing contract by Sourcewell, giving public agencies, schools, and nonprofits nationwide access to Alliant’s public entity insurance and employee benefits services through a streamlined procurement process.

The contract allows participating organizations to designate Alliant as broker of record without issuing a separate request for proposals. Sourcewell supports cooperative purchasing for more than 50,000 public sector participants, and the agreement is intended to reduce administrative burden while expanding access to insurance, risk management, and employee benefits solutions.

According to Alliant, the contract builds on its public sector footprint, where it serves more than 10,000 public entity clients across property and casualty, employee benefits, and retirement consulting.
