Alliant hires Joseph Ehrlich for M&A insurance business

Alliant Insurance Services hired Joseph Ehrlich as Executive Vice President within its mergers and acquisitions insurance business.

Based in New York, Ehrlich advises private equity firms, family offices, and strategic investors on transactional risk insurance, due diligence, and risk management strategies tied to investment transactions.

His work includes representations and warranties insurance, tax insurance, and other M&A-related coverage designed to reduce transaction risk exposure for investors.

Prior to joining Alliant, Ehrlich served as national practice leader for private equity, family office, and M&A at a top-five national brokerage.
