Alacrity Solutions sells managed repair unit to BV Investment Partners

Alacrity Solutions has completed the sale of its Managed Repair Division, Alacrity Network Solutions, to BV Investment Partners , with the business rebranding as Altimeter Solutions Group and operating as an independent company.

The transaction formalizes Alacrity’s decision to separate managed repair from its broader claims services platform, allowing the parent company to concentrate investment on its core offerings, including property, auto, and casualty claims adjusting, staffing solutions, temporary housing, subrogation, and contents and recovery services. The move aligns with a longer-term strategy focused on specialization and technology-driven modernization.

Altimeter Solutions Group  emerges from the transaction as a standalone managed repair organization with more than 25 years of operating history. The company will continue to serve carriers, contractors, and policyholders nationwide, maintaining its existing leadership team, staff, client relationships, and operating processes. No changes are expected to service levels, workflows, or points of contact.

Jonathan Miko will continue to lead the business as CEO. Under BV Investment Partners’ ownership, Altimeter plans to invest further in its contractor network, technology platform, and service capabilities, with an emphasis on scaling operations and improving repair outcomes.

Alacrity and Altimeter expect to remain close partners, working collaboratively to ensure continuity for shared carrier clients as the two organizations move forward independently.
