Alacrity launches AI-driven claims platform

Alacrity Solutions  is investing in AI to improve claims performance for insurers, introducing an internal capability called Alacrity Intelligence.

The platform connects data, workflows, and claims operations to help carriers manage volume, identify patterns earlier, and maintain consistency, particularly during catastrophe events. The company says the approach builds on its existing claims infrastructure across property, auto, and casualty lines, where it has handled millions of claims over the past five decades.

The offering focuses on three areas: generating insights to support claims decisions, improving scalability during surge events, and integrating services such as call center support, temporary housing, and subrogation to streamline the claims lifecycle.
