AGMI selects Duck Creek to modernize payments

AGMI Insurance , a managing general agency focused on commercial auto insurance for niche transportation risks, has selected Duck Creek’s Payments Facilitator to upgrade its payments infrastructure.

The solution will enable AGMI to support real-time premium collections and claims disbursements, along with digital payment options such as push-to-card, digital wallets, and FedNow. The platform is designed to integrate with AGMI’s existing systems, improve cash flow management, and provide a faster payment experience for policyholders and retail brokers.

AGMI writes commercial auto coverage across multiple states for segments including passenger transportation and local delivery, serving both individual operators and fleet accounts. Duck Creek Technologies launched its Payments Facilitator in October 2024 to support insurance-specific payment workflows and accelerate deployment for carriers and MGAs seeking modern, real-time payment capabilities.
