On August 23, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance (ABSLI) announced the launch of an upgraded version of DISHA; its AI enabled chat platform that’s available 24/7 to provide any information or service related to its life and health insurance offerings. DISHA 2.0 can provide information on plans, generate quotes and offer customer service for requests such as updating a customer profile (phone, address, email etc.), obtain tax certificate, understand coverage and more.

 

To strengthen security and enhance customer convenience, customers instead of entering their credentials can now easily login through OTP based verification on their registered mobile number.
