Addept selected as insurance provider for Your Move and Reeds Rains

Addept Insurance Services has been appointed as the rent guarantee and legal expenses insurance provider for UK estate agency networks Your Move and Reeds Rains , both part of LSL Group.

The offering, developed in partnership with Irwell Insurance, provides landlords with coverage for missed rental payments and legal costs tied to tenant disputes. The product will be distributed through the two agency networks.

The appointment comes ahead of the UK’s Renters’ Rights Act, set to begin phased implementation on May 1, 2026. The legislation is expected to strengthen tenant protections while introducing additional risks for landlords, particularly around evictions and rent recovery.

Addept’s solution is positioned to address these changes by offering landlords financial protection and legal support as the regulatory environment shifts.
