Acrisure to acquire Poland-based Efficient Insurance Solutions

Acrisure has agreed to acquire Efficient Insurance Solutions (EIS), a Gdańsk-based insurance technology company, as it expands its presence in the Polish market. The transaction is subject to approval from the Chairman of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

EIS develops technology-enabled MGA solutions focused on affinity distribution, with a particular emphasis on consumer electronics and white goods insurance. The company also provides claims handling solutions for insurance carriers and supports automation across insurance processes.

Under the agreement, Acrisure will acquire 100% of EIS’s equity. EIS’s current owners will become shareholders in Acrisure’s US-based parent company, while the existing management team will continue to lead the business following the transaction.
