Acera adds JS Davidson Insurance Brokers

Acera Insurance  has added JS Davidson Insurance Brokers of Ajax, Ontario as its newest partner. The deal brings National Aviation Insurance Brokers and Bayside Marine Insurance under Acera’s umbrella, strengthening its position in aviation and marine specialty coverage.

Founded in 1969, JS Davidson is a niche aviation broker where every team member holds a pilot licence. Joining Acera gives the firm greater scale and market access for its clients.

The transaction closed October 1, 2025 and marks Acera’s first deal of the year, extending its expansion in Ontario after four partnerships in 2024.
