MetLife Launches Life Insurance Claims Platform

MetLife Australia has launched an API-based digital life insurance claims platform, to make it faster and easier for superannuation fund members to submit and track life and disability insurance claims. The new platform will first be used by Statewide, a superannuation fund, which played an “integral” part by partnering with MetLife to develop a solution which “creates the best possible experience for members going through a claim.”

We’ve worked closely with funds, members, and administrators and applied customer-centric design principles to develop an intuitive experience making it faster and easier to lodge and track a claim.
