Founded in 2016 by Adam Pittenger, the 16-person company helps people with every aspect of their move by offering a free personal assistant. The assistant helps people compare quotes from moving companies, find storage units, get cleaning and painting services, and update their new address with the postal service, among other things. Yesterday, the startup announced a $3.2m Seed round led by Lowe’s Ventures, the early-stage investment arm of the home improvement company.

Aside from the personal assistant service, Moved also offers discounts from its partners with Lemonade being one of them.
