Artemis Group to acquire ERGO Pro

ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb has agreed to sell ERGO Pro to Artemis Group. The distribution business will operate independently under the name ONE Financial Services AG, with closing expected in January 2027, subject to customary conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Artemis will hold a majority stake, while ERGO Pro’s current management and leading sales partners will become additional shareholders. The business will join Artemis’ distribution platform, which includes multi-product sales agents, brokers, broker pools and MGAs.

Under a strategic partnership, ERGO will remain ONE Financial Services’ exclusive life insurance product partner. The company will also distribute ERGO products in other lines alongside products offered by Artemis’ MGAs.

ERGO said the transaction supports its strategy to expand distribution partnerships while strengthening its tied-agent sales organisation. According to Artemis, the business brings in more than 30,000 new customers annually.
