AlloBrain raises $7 million with participation
Paris-based customer service AI company AlloBrain has raised $7 million in a round led by Varsity, with participation from longtime client Groupama and angel investors.
Founded in late 2020 as AlloReview, AlloBrain combines AI agents, real-time assistance for customer service representatives, interaction quality assessments, and customer feedback analysis. Human representatives can supervise multiple AI agents, approve responses, or take over conversations with the customer’s context preserved.
The company says it serves around 30 large clients and contact center providers, including Groupama Gan Vie, SNCF Connect, Club Med, and Leroy Merlin.

The funding will support expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, alongside continued research and development. AlloBrain also says its commercial model ties payment to lower service costs and higher customer satisfaction, with no payment due if those results are not achieved; contractual terms were not disclosed.
