WTW partners with Softtek on AI workforce transformation

WTW has partnered with software engineering company Softtek to help organizations put AI workforce plans into practice.

WTW will assess how AI could change jobs, help redesign work and plan for employee transitions and compensation. Softtek will handle process redesign, technology integration and deployment. The companies say the combined offering is intended to connect workforce decisions with the systems needed to carry them out.

The partnership sits within WTW’s Health, Wealth & Career business.
