Specialty Program Group acquires HCM Unlocked

Specialty Program Group , part of Hub, has acquired HCM Unlocked , adding payroll, HR, benefits administration and workforce technology services to its employee benefits business. Terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2018, HCM Unlocked has more than 200 employees and serves mid-market and enterprise clients. Its services include HCM system selection and implementation, managed payroll, tax and compliance support, and leave of absence administration. Its DELTA platform validates data across payroll, HR and benefits systems.

HCM Unlocked will continue operating under its current name, led by CEO John Wallace.
