THREE names new president and underwriting head

THREE has promoted Brandon Bauer to president and appointed Nick Smith head of underwriting and insurance product.

Bauer previously held the underwriting and insurance product role. THREE said he helped shape the foundation of its commercial insurance offering after joining the company.

Smith joins from The Hartford, where he led the personal auto product team. Before that, he spent more than 12 years in product and regional leadership roles at State Auto Insurance.
