World acquires Pellechio Family Agency

World Insurance Associates  acquired the business of Pellechio Family Agency, a Parsippany, New Jersey-based insurance agency, on May 1, 2026.

Founded in 2017, Pellechio provides commercial and personal insurance. The agency said joining World will allow it to offer additional products and services to clients.

Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla advised World, while Castano Quigley Cherami represented Pellechio.
