Gallagher acquires W.N. Tuscano Agency

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired W.N. Tuscano Agency, a managing general agency and wholesale insurance broker based in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Tuscano serves independent insurance agents across western Pennsylvania. The agency will become part of Gallagher’s wholesale brokerage, binding authority and programs division, Risk Placement Services.

Robin Tuscano and the company’s employees will remain at their current location and report to Steve Levin, RPS’s Northeast region leader.
