AXA expands AI tools across workforce
AXA is rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot to employees worldwide as part of its broader AI workplace strategy.
The insurer will progressively deploy the technology across the organization, giving employees access to AI capabilities within Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word and other workplace applications. AXA said the tools will support everyday tasks and collaboration across teams and regions.
The rollout follows the 2023 launch of Secure GPT, AXA’s internal service providing employees and business applications with secure access to large language models.
AXA is also expanding its AI training program to help employees develop practical and ethical AI skills. The insurer stressed that employees are expected to maintain human oversight of key decisions.
“Artificial Intelligence represents a significant opportunity to empower our employees, strengthen our innovation leadership, and better serve our customers. Our ambition is to combine technological excellence with a responsible and human-centric approach, ensuring that AI creates lasting value for our people, our customers and society.” – Matthieu Caillat, group chief technology and AI officer and CEO of AXA Group Operations.
Bottom Line: A continuation of the same strategy.
