Clach Casualty launches New York habitational GL program
Clach Casualty , part of Ryan Specialty, has launched an admitted general liability program for habitational properties within New York’s Free Trade Zone.
Available through appointed wholesale brokers, the program covers apartment buildings, condominiums, co-ops and property management companies. It offers first-dollar coverage and optional hired and non-owned auto coverage.
National Casualty Company, part of Nationwide, underwrites the program.
“Placing complex New York habitational risks can be uniquely challenging. We’re pleased to bring this new program to market, broadening the range of general liability insurance solutions available to wholesale brokers as they seek to address the nuanced exposures and regulatory considerations associated with Free Trade Zone-eligible risks. Brokers can expect the same responsive underwriting, thoughtful risk selection and white-glove service that defines Clach Casualty, along with the deep sector-specific expertise needed to help structure practical, compliant solutions for this dynamic segment.” – Adam Schnell, Executive Vice President of Clach Casualty.
