APCO Holdings acquires Georgia Wheelz

APCO Holdings  has acquired the assets of Georgia Wheelz, an F&I agency serving independent automotive dealers across the Southeast.

Founded in 2017 and based in Eatonton, Georgia, Georgia Wheelz provides F&I products, dealer training, and performance support to independent dealerships. The company also serves as an authorized agent of Integrity Warranty.

Following the acquisition, the Georgia Wheelz team will join APCO’s GWC Warranty sales organization, expanding GWC’s presence in the independent dealer market.

The transaction continues APCO’s acquisition strategy in the automotive F&I space. In 2025, the company acquired DealerPRO Training and Lawley Automotive Dealership Solutions.

Founded in 1984, APCO Holdings develops and administers vehicle protection products under brands including EasyCare, GWC Warranty, Crystal Fusion, and MemberCare. The company says it has protected more than 24 million customers and paid over $3.7 billion in claims.
