APCO Holdings acquires Dealer Performance Group

APCO Holdings has acquired the assets of Dealer Performance Group, an automotive finance and insurance provider serving more than 300 dealerships across the Southeast.

Founded in 1999 and based in Roswell, Georgia, Dealer Performance Group provides F&I product support, compliance training, and dealer development services. The company is one of APCO’s largest and longest-standing EasyCare agents.

Dealer Performance Group will operate under the EasyCare brand, with its existing team continuing to serve dealers across Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, North Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, and Oklahoma.

The acquisition follows APCO’s purchase of Georgia Wheelz in June. APCO markets automotive protection products and dealer services under brands including EasyCare, GWC Warranty, Crystal Fusion, and MemberCare. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
