Equal Parts acquires D3 Insurance

Equal Parts  has acquired D3 Insurance, an Amarillo, Texas agency founded by Rex Young, Stephanie Musick, Dustin Webb, and Brock Sherwood.

The deal extends Equal Parts’ agency roll-up to four states. All acquired agencies run on Ultron, the AI-native operating platform Equal Parts is building to move agencies off legacy software, centralize workflows, and handle servicing and data.

Equal Parts’ model is to acquire relationship-driven agencies, give principals equity in the parent, and migrate them onto Ultron while keeping their books and local operations intact.
