Equal Parts acquires ProSource Insurance Agency

Equal Parts  has acquired ProSource Insurance Agency, a Plano, Texas-based brokerage specializing in transportation insurance.

Founded in 2003 by Paul Nhem, ProSource serves trucking companies, owner-operators, commercial fleets and other transportation businesses across Texas and the US. The transaction, completed during the first quarter of 2026, expands Equal Parts’ transportation capabilities and presence in Texas.

ProSource will continue operating under Nhem’s leadership while gaining access to Equal Parts’ technology, centralized operations, carrier relationships, shared services and acquisition resources.

Among Equal Parts’ previous acquisitions are Blue Star Insurance Agency and Strategic Insurance, both based in New Mexico.
