Zurich launches AI-powered coaching platform for dealership F&I managers

Zurich North America  has launched Zurich Advisor IQ, an AI-powered training and coaching platform to help automotive finance and insurance (F&I) managers improve performance using insights derived from real customer interactions.

The platform records, monitors, and analyzes F&I conversations, generating transaction-based insights in as little as 15 minutes. It identifies performance gaps and creates personalized coaching scenarios aimed at strengthening needs analysis, menu presentations, and customer engagement skills.

According to Zurich, Advisor IQ can help dealerships standardize F&I execution across locations, identify behavioral trends affecting results, accelerate onboarding for new managers, and provide visibility into metrics such as profit per vehicle (PVR), products per deal (PPD), and product utilization rates.

The platform continuously learns from new transaction data to provide ongoing, dealership-specific training. Advisor IQ also incorporates consent workflows for states with recording requirements to help protect dealer data and maintain compliance.
