FOXO subsidiary to acquire four blood collection centers

FOXO Technologies subsidiary Vector BioSource has agreed to acquire certain assets associated with four US blood collection centers from Grifols Bio Supplies.

The transaction includes an upfront cash payment and a potential earnout if the centers meet certain EBITDA targets in 2026, 2027 or 2028.

FOXO Technologies expects the acquired operations to generate more than $10 million in net revenue during the first 12 months from sales of whole blood, red blood cells, serum and other biosamples.

The acquisition will give Vector its own blood collection capabilities, shifting the company from relying solely on external sourcing toward a more integrated model. Vector also expects the required FDA licenses to expand the types of customers and markets it can serve.

The deal is expected to close in the third or fourth quarter of 2026, subject to FDA licensing and other regulatory approvals. Terms were not disclosed.
