WTW launches AI workforce transformation solution

WTW has launched AI Workforce Transformation, a consulting solution designed to help organizations identify where AI can drive productivity gains and support workforce redesign.

The offering combines WTW’s proprietary jobs and skills data with two AI-enabled diagnostic tools: WorkVue Agent, which assesses automation potential across roles, and ChangeVue, which evaluates organizational readiness for AI adoption.
