Orion180 opens Salt Lake City service center

Orion180 Insurance  has opened a 22,000-square-foot service center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The new facility will support customer experience, inside sales, claims intake, and technology operations, and is expected to accommodate around 100 employees at full capacity. Orion180 said the location was selected for its workforce availability and its Mountain Time Zone position, which helps support customers, agents, and partners across the western U.S.

The expansion comes as Orion180 continues to grow following recent product launches and market expansion in Texas, Florida, and California. The Salt Lake City office will operate alongside the company’s headquarters in Melbourne, Florida, where additional customer service staff are also being hired.
