Gallagher acquires environmental broker Twin Elms

Gallagher has acquired West Palm Beach, Florida-based Twin Elms, an insurance broker specializing in environmental insurance products and services for U.S. clients.

Twin Elms principals Scott Houldin and Karl Touet, along with their team, will remain in their current location and operate under the direction of Bumpy Triche, head of Gallagher’s Southeast retail property/casualty brokerage operations.

Gallagher is a global insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting services firm headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, operating in approximately 130 countries.
