AXA XL promotes Nick Goepp and Lexi Bueno in U.S. Casualty Division

AXA XL  announced two leadership promotions within its U.S. Casualty business, appointing Nick Goepp as head of West, excess casualty, and Lexi Bueno as head of Central, U.S. Risk Management.

Both executives report to Matthew Stitham, chief underwriting officer for casualty in AXA XL’s Americas region.

Based in San Francisco, Goepp succeeds Stitham in overseeing the excess casualty West business after Stitham’s promotion to CUO earlier this year. Goepp joined AXA XL’s excess casualty West team in 2018 and has experience underwriting construction, energy, real estate, and casualty risks.

Bueno, based in Chicago, will lead the Central U.S. Risk Management team. She joined AXA XL five years ago and advanced from underwriter to team leader after beginning her career in client management and account servicing.

AXA XL provides primary and excess casualty coverage across multiple industries, including general liability, commercial auto, workers’ compensation, and commercial umbrella products for domestic and international operations.
