iA Financial Group names Sébastien Mc Mahon Chief Economist

iA Financial Group appointed Sébastien Mc Mahon as Chief Economist, expanding his role within the organization.

Mc Mahon previously served as Senior Economist and Chief Strategist at iA Global Asset Management. In his new position, he will focus full time on economic research, analysis, and market insights supporting iA Financial Group’s investment teams, business lines, and clients.

As part of the transition, Mc Mahon will step away from portfolio management responsibilities within the asset allocation team at iA Global Asset Management.
