Prudential introduces Just Ask
Prudential Financial is introducing Just Ask, an AI‑powered tool designed to help financial professionals get answers about Prudential products, quotes and new business forms.
Now available to Prudential’s third‑party advisors and active distributors, Just Ask brings commonly requested information into one place. Instead of navigating multiple systems, users can ask a question and get a response tied specifically to Prudential Individual Life products and processes. Using Just Ask’s underwriting quote capability, financial professionals can generate certain underwriting rates in minutes by entering basic client information. Without the tool, that same process can take several business days through traditional channels.
In addition to underwriting support, Just Ask helps financial professionals locate product details and quickly find the right new business forms.
Within the first few months of launch, about 85% of first‑time users of Just Ask reported that the tool was helpful in answering their questions. During that time, forms searches were the most common use, followed closely by underwriting quotes.
Future capabilities under governance review and coming out soon include ways for financial professionals to better evaluate their book of business and surface insights related to sales and service activity across their territories.
