The Standard opens new experiential center in Dallas
The Standard has launched a new experiential center in Dallas as part of its Workplace Possibilities program, aimed at helping employers better manage disability and return-to-work outcomes. The space sits within the company’s new regional hub, designed for collaboration, events, and client engagement.
The Workplace Possibilities program has been in place for over a decade, focusing on keeping employees at work or supporting faster returns following illness or injury. The model combines clinical expertise with employer coordination to identify barriers and implement accommodations that support recovery and productivity.
The Dallas center builds on that approach with an interactive environment that highlights real-world scenarios, adaptive tools, and accommodation strategies. The program emphasizes early intervention and coordination across employers, employees, medical providers, and HR teams. The space includes self-guided tours and demonstrations of assistive technology and workplace adjustments, positioning it as a hub for education and customer engagement.
“The new Workplace Possibilities Experience offers an immersive environment for bringing our years of expertise to life. It’s designed to help employers better understand the realities employees face and how the right accommodations can remove barriers and make a meaningful difference in their lives.” – Nathan Whiteley, vice president of Absence and Disability Services at The Standard.
